Another bout of snow clouds will form over the west coast along with colder air dropping 1 centimeter of snow overnight. We had a brief warm up yesterday afternoon, but afternoon highs in Seoul will plunge below zero again for the first time in three days. There won't be much of a difference between morning lows and afternoon highs. It's a dusty day for most parts of the country. Wear a face mask that can block dust today while most of the east coast is under dry weather alerts. Most areas will be seeing highs that are 2 to 5 degrees lower this afternoon, Seoul at minus 2 degrees Celsius, Daegu at 4 degrees. Skies will remain mainly sunny but more dry air will flow in.
