It's supposed to be the coldest time of the year around now but instead of freezing temperatures, we need to beware of toxic dust with snow forecast in the evening. Those in Gyeongsang-do Provinces and the surrounding regions look to have especially bad air quality with an ultrafine dust advisory issued.
Then either snow or rain will fall around the evening commute, Gangwon-do Province could see up to 10 centimeters of snowfall, the rest of the country could receive 1 to 8 centimeters through tomorrow morning. Be careful on the roads but due to warmer than seasonal temperatures there shouldn't be much of a problem outside. Be sure to have a face mask that can filter dust today.
