The west of Jeolla-do provinces and the surrounding regions are still seeing snowfall as well as Jeju with a heavy snow advisory reissued for Jeju Island, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo. Expect to see more snow through tomorrow morning with heavy snow alerts in place for those regions. The east coast remains under dry weather alerts. So those in the east of Gangwon-do Province, which is also under a cold wave warning, need to be extra careful against fire. Afternoon highs will be 1 to 5 degrees lower today along with biting winds Seoul just seeing a high of minus 5 degrees Celsius.
