Good afternoon. It was only a couple of weeks ago that we were seeing morning temperatures way below minus 10 degrees and rarely seeing highs above freezing in the capital region, and now by the end of this week, we'll see mid-March-like temperatures.
Dust-wise, the toxic air that covered most of Korea for the last few days has finally improved although Chungcheongbuk-do and Gyeongsangbuk-do Provinces are seeing bad levels of air quality that will remain bad all day.
The rest of the country should have normal air quality during the day then the air quality becomes poor again in the capital and Jeollabuk-do Province tonight.
Afternoon highs will be similar to yesterday, Seoul at 7 degrees Celsius, southern parts of the country will see highs hovering above 10 degrees Celsius Busan topping out at 12 degrees under mostly sunny skies across Korea.
After a brief warm-up this week, a nationwide mix of rain and snow will bring wintry weather into the country again next week.
With that, here's a look at the weather conditions around the globe.
